This policy explains how Fortune Cookie AI collects, uses, protects, and deletes information when you use the mobile or web application.
Information we process
- Account information supplied by Google or Apple, including user ID, name, email address, profile image, and sign-in provider.
- Profile and personalization information you choose to provide, including preferred language, birth date and time, country, city, region, coordinates, and time zone.
- App activity, including quota usage, reward progress, generated Fortune Cookie AI messages, lucky numbers, and history.
- Purchase and entitlement status supplied by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Device, advertising, consent, diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention signals processed by Google services, Firebase, App Check, and AdMob.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, synchronize profiles and history, personalize generated messages, enforce daily limits, provide subscriptions and rewarded ads, protect the service from abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Information is processed where necessary by Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Gemini API, Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Location text may be sent to Photon/Komoot and Open-Meteo to resolve coordinates and time zones. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit. Account-linked data is retained while your account is active and deleted when you use the in-app deletion flow, subject to limited retention required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal duties.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, control advertising consent through the consent interface where available, restore purchases, and permanently delete your account from Profile & Settings. See the account deletion instructions.
Age
Fortune Cookie AI is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
