Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the Fortune Cookie AI app. You do not need to contact support.

Steps

1. Open Fortune Cookie AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile & Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion in the in-app confirmation window.

Data deleted

Your Firebase authentication account, profile information, birth and location details supplied for personalization, usage records, generated cookie history, reward progress, and server-side account records are deleted. The app also requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat subscriber record.

Data that may be retained

Transaction records that Google Play, Apple, payment processors, or we must retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations may be retained for the legally required period. These records are not used to recreate your deleted profile.

Delete history without deleting your account

To keep your account but remove generated Fortune Cookie history, open Profile & Settings, select the history-clearing option, and confirm in the in-app confirmation window. This removes the synchronized history associated with the account while keeping the account active.

If you cannot access the app, request deletion from atakan.freelance@gmail.com using the email associated with your account.
